massive metallic mass (mmm)

massive metallic mass (mmm) is an ongoing project that began in 2022. The project explores steel as a material and focuses on volume, repetition, and open interpretation. By repeatedly bending and stacking round steel bars, the works create organic and tactile forms through rhythm, curves, and reflected light.

Although the objects have a solid, mass-like structure, they intentionally include open spaces. These gaps allow viewers to stay with the works, move their eyes through them, and form their own interpretations. Rather than offering a fixed meaning, the works remain open and can expand through each viewer’s personal experience.

Variations in form and the potential for expansion serve as the central concepts of the project.
